Nod

Support

Nod proposes family-logistics updates for you to review. Nothing should reach your calendar until you approve it, and a calendar write is confirmed only after the app reads it back.

Contact support

Email support@curate-me.ai. We normally reply within one business day.

Do not email a forwarded message, event title, family member name, Apple credential, API key, or screenshot containing household content.

Send the privacy-safe diagnostics report

  1. Open Nod and go to Settings.
  2. Under Support, choose Share diagnostics.
  3. Review the preview, then share that generated text with support.

The report contains app version, build, configuration, permission categories, feature flags, and category-only activity outcomes. It is designed not to contain names, email content, event titles, messages, or raw identifiers.

If a calendar result looks wrong

  • Open Apple Calendar and verify the event and its absolute date and time.
  • If Nod says confirmed but the event is missing or wrong, do not rely on that result.
  • Email support with the app build, approximate time and time zone, and the privacy-safe diagnostics report.

A silent or incorrect calendar success is a trust-critical issue.

Common recovery steps

A proposal has not appeared

Open Inbox and refresh. For forwarded email, confirm you used the forwarding address shown in the app and that the sender is approved. Do not resend sensitive content to support.

Calendar access was denied

Open iPhone Settings and grant Nod calendar access, then return to the failed item and retry. The app should never report a confirmed write while calendar access is unavailable.

Sign in did not finish

Check your network connection and retry Sign in with Apple. The external app has no developer-key sign-in path. Never send an Apple verification code or credential to support.

Privacy and account help

Read the Nod Privacy Policy. You can change AI-assistance and anonymous-analytics consent in Settings. Account deletion is also available in the app.
